About

Introduction

In the European Union, all countries have a legal obligation to reduce net greenhouse gas emissions by at least 55% between now and 2030 and the goal is to be completely climate neutral by 2050. This implies a major energy transition from fossil to renewable energy sources such as wind and solar. This has far-reaching implications for both consumers and businesses.

The challenges posed by the transition to renewable energy sources are mainly rooted in the form of uncontrollable variable energy production related to weather which does not parallel the demand for electrical energy.

The current and future supply of renewable energy, coupled with a rapidly growing need for electrical energy, will inevitably lead to fluctuations in the energy market, with increasingly negative hourly prices.

Herein lies the need for reliable and efficient energy (storage) solutions to better match production variations and consumption.

The production of building materials such as cement and insulation materials requires very high temperatures, even above 1,000 degrees Celsius, which cannot be achieved by sun or wind energy. Only hydrogen as a sustainable energy carrier can achieve this, which entails very large investments and cannot be realized in the short term. That is why Energy + Constructions offers alternative sustainable materials to replace polluting traditional construction methods.

Mission

The mission of Energy+Constructions sp z o.o./SA is to contribute to the european energy transition by offering economically interesting products and services (with a payback period of <5 years without subsidy)
